Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. RC2172023A007 dated 26.04.2025 under Section 13(2) read with Section 13 (1) (b) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 109 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered by Central Bureau of Investigation, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in the interregnum, after the completion of investigation, even charge-sheet has been laid before the CBI Court situated at Panchkula.

He submits that charges are yet to be ascertained in the aforesaid criminal case and, moreover, petitioners herein are contemplating filing an application seeking their discharge in the aforesaid criminal case. 4.

contentions, does not press the present petition and states that would file appropriate application before the said Court, raising all the contentions which have been raised in the present petition. 5.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of, as not pressed. 6.

All rights and contentions are left open.

Needless to say, in case petitioners are aggrieved by order on charge, they would be at liberty to take appropriate action, as permissible under law. 8.

Pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
