By way of this application filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking interim bail in case No. SC 19A/11, which is pending before the learned ASJ, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 2.

Mr.Satish Aggarwala, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent on advance copy of this application being served submits that trial is already going on in case No.SC 19A/11 and if the petitioner has to seek interim bail he should approach the learned Trial Court. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court.
