The present petition has been filed under Section 528 read with Section 529 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking directions to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court-02, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts Delhi (Trial Court) to decide the application for modification of interim maintenance dated 05.07.2016 in CT Case No.81/2015 titled as Shallu Garg vs. Anuj Garg. 4.

The learned counsel submits that before the learned Trial Court, he had moved an application seeking modification of interim maintenance granted vide Order dated 05.07.2016 in Complaint Case The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. No.81/2015. He submits that the said application is pending disposal since 20.10.2017.
