It is noted in the order sheets of this matter that no one is appearing on behalf of appellant since 2021. The appellant last appeared through his counsel on 11th December 2019.

Accordingly, it seems that appellant is not serious in pursing this appeal filed impugning judgment dated 21st April 2017, passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate against acquittal of respondent no.2 for an alleged offence under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1888. 3.

This appeal is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
