By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR bearing No. 396/2024, dated 26.05.2024, registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi under Section 509/506/354-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter „IPC‟).

The concerned Investigating Officer (IO) states that she has not taken any steps after registration of the FIR, as the complainant has not been cooperating with her in the investigation. In fact, the complainant has given in writing that she does not want to proceed with the case. The complainant is present through video conferencing.
