% 09.02.2016 CS(OS) 517/2012 Vide order dated 29.09.2015, the present suit as well as CS(OS) 2403/2013 were consolidated and present suit was directed to be treated as lead matter and it was further directed that evidence recorded in present suit shall be read in CS(OS) 2403/2013. Since value of the present suit is less than Rs.1 crore, therefore, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, (Headquarter) (Central), Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 26.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Put up the matter alongwith CS(OS) 2403/2013.
