The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "In view of above said facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most humbly prayed that the writ petition [Crl.] U/A 226 of Constitution of India R/w Section 482 CrPC may kindly be allowed thereby the FIR NO.0468/2016 of P.S. Khayala Delhi, in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
