Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is now fixed before the Trial Court on 20.2.2020 for the evidence of the prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application and prays that the petitioner may be given liberty to move an application within one week for preponement of the date.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. The Trial Court shall dispose of the application sympathetically as per its calendar and dispose of the same, as per law.
