% 08.01.2020 CM APPL. No. 369/2020 By this application, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to supply a copy of the sealing order, if any, is passed against the property. It is further stated that the sealing action may not be taken for a period of two weeks after supply of the copy to enable the petitioner to file an appropriate appeal before the concerned Tribunal.
Learned counsel for the respondent who appears on receipt of an advance copy states that at present no sealing order has been finalized. In case such an order is issued, a copy would be given to the petitioner. In case a sealing order is passed, the respondent will ensure a copy is served on the petitioner/learned counsel for the petitioner. No coercive action shall be taken for a period of two weeks subsequent to passing of the
sealing order to enable the petitioner to take steps as per law. The application stands disposed of.
A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
