The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He volunteers to pay cost of ₹5,000/- and the petitioner shall deposit the cost with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks, from today. Subject to the petitioner complying with the above conditions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications are also dismissed. 2.

It is clarified that the same would not prejudice the petitioner in any manner.
