This suit is instituted by the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from manufacturing, exporting, selling , offering for sale, exhibiting, advertising, directly or indirectly dealing with goods being all kinds of namkeen/ edibles and other cognate and allied goods with the expression BIKANERI BHUJIA and / or any other identical/deceptively similar word or device or evocation to the Plaintiff Sangh's Geographical Indication "BIKANERI BHUJIA" amounting to infringement of Geographical Indication Mark BIKANERI BHUJIA under registration G.I. No. 142 in class 30. 2.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicable resolved their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated CS(COMM) 597/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 04.11.2025, incorporating the terms of settlement including payment of sum of Rs.51,000/- to the Plaintiff, which has been paid. 3.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties, which shall bind them.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5.

Suit is disposed of along with the pending application. 6.

Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.
