The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He volunteers to pay costs of ₹5,000/-. The petitioner shall deposit the aforesaid costs with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today. Subject to the petitioner complying with the above conditions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
