However, he has prayed that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main petition u/s 125 of the Cr..P.C 1973 at least within six months. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the trial court to decide the petition u/s 125 Cr..P.C 1973 within six months. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
