% 21.10.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition. However, he has prayed that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main petition u/s 125 of the Cr..P.C 1973 at least within six months. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the trial court to decide the petition u/s 125 Cr..P.C 1973 within six months. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
