Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as on date his only grievance is that the annexures referred to in Annexure P-3 attached with the present petition, have not been supplied to the present petitioner. 5.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the said annexures shall be supplied to the present petitioner within a period of three days from today. The said statement is taken on record. 6.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present he has no other grievance.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a reply to the complaint before the Enrolment Committee on the next date to be fixed by the committee. 8.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. The writ petition alongwith pending application, is disposed of.
