The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No 313/2024 under Section 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), Police Station Punjabi Bagh, dated 16.05.2024 and in all other cases/complaints filed by the complainant or her associates by transferring the same to the Special Cell/ DIU or any other unit of Delhi Police. 2.

Petitioner has been named as an accused in the subject FIR. 2.1 He states that the Petitioner denies having entered into any Agreement to Sell with the complainant.

2.2 He states on instructions that the Petitioner in this petition is seeking a limited relief that the documents filed along with the writ petition be accepted by the Investigating Officer (IO') and the FIR be investigated after taking into consideration the said documents in an un-biased manner. 3.

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjay Lao, Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice.

The present petition is disposed of with the directions to the IO to take into consideration the averments made in the writ petition as well as the documents filed in support thereof before concluding the investigation of the FIR.
