The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of directions to the respondents no. 1 to 4 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner in respect of the threat received by the petitioner from respondents no. 5 to 7. 2.

Vide order dated 05th June, 2024, Notice was issued in the present petition and interim protection was granted to the petitioner. 3.

Status Report has been handed over in the court and the copy of the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present petition alive.

The interim order passed by this court on 05th June, 2024 is made absolute. The respondent shall continue to provide protection to the petitioner and his property in accordance with law. 8.
