CRL.M.A. 23209/2024 (seeking extension of interim bail for 12 weeks by the petitioner) 1.
By way of present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks extension of interim bail for a period of 12 weeks granted to him vide order dated 02.07.2024 in FIR No. 36/2018 registered under Sections 363/366/344/370/354/354A/120B/34 IPC & 6 POCSO ACT at P.S. Kirti Nagar, Delhi on medical grounds.

the medical conditions as indicated in the Medical Status Report placed on record from the office of concerned Medical Officer Incharge, Central Jail Dispensary- 8/9, Tihar Jail. The application is also accompanied by a medical document showing that the applicant is undergoing treatment at Aadhya9 Multispecialty Hospital, West Patel Nagar, Delhi. The medical condition was noted in detail in the order granted on interim order. 3.
Considering the totality of the medical documents as well as the earlier medical status report, the applicant's interim bail granted vide order dated 02.07.2024 is further extended by another period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions.

The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on expiry of the extended period of interim bail. 5.
In view of the above, the application is disposed of. 6.
