Present appeal has been filed challenging the interim orders dated 9th May, 2024, 10th May, 2024 and 31st May, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge.

Admittedly, the applications in which the impugned orders have been passed are pending consideration before the learned Single Judge. After some arguments, it is agreed between counsel for the parties that the learned Single Judge be requested to dispose of the pending applications in accordance with law.

At this stage, Mr.Rajiv Nayar, learned senior counsel for the Respondents states that fresh tender has been awarded to ACG Sports Private Ltd. He, however, clarifies that no league match is scheduled to be held in the next six weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statements/ undertakings, this Court directs the learned Single Judge to decide the pending applications as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks. It is clarified that the observations by the learned Single Judge in the impugned orders dated 9th May, 2024, 10th May, 2024 and 31st May, 2024 are tentative in nature and shall not prevent the parties from placing their case before the learned Single Judge. 6.

The Appellant is also permitted to file an application for early hearing before the learned Single Judge.

The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merits of the controversy.
