Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.

He has drawn this Court's attention to the communication dated 08.06.2021 issued by Superintendent, Central Jail No. 4 to the Petitioner and has also submitted that effective from 30.12.2024, the Petitioner has been shifted to a safer place within the prison.

He states that security in terms of the letter dated 08.06.2021 is also being extended to the Petitioner.

He states that in view of the subsequent changed circumstances, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. 5.
Learned Standing Counsel states that a status report has already been filed on record and State will continue to abide by the statements recorded in the letter dated 08.06.2021, in accordance with the Rules.
