% 07.06.2024 The present petition has been filed under Article 226 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer: "a) Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 13.05.2024 passed by Mr. Nidhish Kumar Meena, Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, in CR. Case 3652/2017 titled "State vs. Pramod Kumar" concerning FIR no. 105/2016 dated 28/03/2016 at PS Kapashera and, b) Quash the FIR dated 02.06.2024 bearing no. 258/2024 registered under Section. 174A, IPC at Kapashera P.S. c) Any other orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit." Issue notice.

After hearing the submissions of both the learned counsels, it is directed that let the petitioner appear before the Ld. Trial Court within fifteen days and the Ld. Trial Court shall decide the application for recall of order in accordance with law. However, till that time, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
