The present petition has been filed seeking police protection in respect of the threat received by the petitioners from the respondents. 2.

Vide order dated 7th June, 2024, notice was issued in the present petition and interim protection was granted to the petitioner. 3.

Learned ASC has handed over the Status Report in court and the copy of the same is taken on record.

In the Status Report, it has been stated that as and when the petitioners contact the Investigating Officer (IO) or the beat officer, safety shall be provided to the petitioners.

The respondent shall remain bound by the statement. 6.
