This application has been filed for modification of bail order dated 19th March, 2024 by which this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount.

since 2021and is unable to arrange the bail bond in sum of Rs. 50,000/- with surety and seeks for reduction of the same.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The bail order dated 19th March, 2024, is modified to the extent that petitioner shall be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. The other conditions shall remain same.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
