The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking interim bail in FIR No. 225/2022 under Sections 302/308/342/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at Police Station Anand Parbat for a period of 30 days on account of the applicant's father's surgery. 2.

It is noted that till date, there has been no date fixed for the aforementioned surgery by the concerned hospital. 3.

In view of the same, counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for interim bail after a date of surgery has been fixed by the concerned hospital. 4.
