After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant states that certain material documents, which would have been relevant to decide the lis before this Court, were inadvertently not filed along with the writ petition. He seeks permission to file the same alongwith an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge in that regard.

In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal need not detain us any further. However, we grant the liberty to the appellant to file the documents so referred to by the learned counsel within a period of two weeks from today. An application, as deemed appropriate, may be filed in support thereof, which may be considered by the learned Single Judge on its merits.
