Petitioner and both the respondents are present in person. 2.

In terms of order dated 22nd March, 2024, the parties were referred to Mediation.

As stated by both the sides, mediation proved to be successful and the matter has been amicably settled. Even the possession of the property in question has been handed over to the respondents.

Mr. Karan Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the settlement, now nothing survives in the present petition and the same may be disposed of as settled.

Mr. G.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent states that the cheques in question have already been encashed, and as per settlement, execution petition would also be withdrawn by the respondents on the next date of hearing i.e. 09.08.2024.
