After some arguments, Mr. Ravi Gupta, learned senior counsel, on instructions of Mr. Piyush Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant undertakes to abide by his bid offer including maintenance charges of the subject premises as noted by the Local Commissioner.

He prays for and is granted four weeks to abide by the same. The appellant is held bound by the statement made today before this Court.
