This appeal has been filed challenging the Order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohini Court, District North-West Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, 'Family Court') in GP No. 31/2025, titled Mrs. Pratibha Khari v. Mr. Anuj Khari, whereby the learned Family Court dismissed the application filed by the appellant herein seeking visitation rights of the child in the summer vacation.

filed very belatedly, the counsel for the appellant submitted that the same should be dismissed if notice on the application is not issued for any date till the end of this month.

We do not appreciate such conduct and almost a threat to the learned Family Court. The learned Family Court was asking a relevant question that when it is shown that the child will be having summer vacation in May-June, why was the application for visitation filed only in May 2025. Instead of explaining the reason for such belated filing, the appellant sought to dictate the calendar of the learned Family Court. Faced with the above mentioned submissions of the appellant, we feel that the learned Family Court was left with no choice but to dismiss the application.

We, therefore, find no merit in the present appeal. The same is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of.
