The present Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, assails the Order dated 08.06.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket District Court, Delhi in HMA No.119/2022 whereby a decree of divorce was granted in favour of the Respondent. 2.
The parties along with their respective counsels are present before this Court. Learned Mediator has also sent a Settlement Agreement dated 02.09.2025 arrived at between the parties. A photocopy of the same has also been produced by the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that since the parties have entered into a settlement, the present Appeal may be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement which shall form part of decree.
