This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.08.2024 and more particularly paragraph 32(d) where the petitioners have been directed not to indulge in the business of running any medical centre.

When this matter was being heard this Court was informed by learned counsel appearing for the State that an application for cancellation of bail has been filed alleging violation of paragraph 32(d). Paragraph 32(d) reads as under:- "d) The Petitioners are directed not to indulge in the business of running any medical centre."

Paragraph 32(d) has been violated in as much as one more medical centre under the name "Aggarwal Medical Centre"; 2) The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Lifeline Hospital, K-102, Kalkaji, New Delhi is being run by the petitioner himself. Any modification of the order dated 28.08.2024 will have a direct impact on the application for cancellation of bail. 4.
