This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present suit was filed by the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction, eviction, mesne profits against the Defendant in respect of the first floor of the property bearing No. D-55, Vivek Vihar, Delhi (hereinafter 'suit property'). It is the case of the Plaintiffs that they own the suit property let out the first floor of the said property to the Defendant for a monthly rental of Rs. 15,000/- per month in the year 2015. Vide order 29th November, 2021, the Plaintiffs submission was recorded that the Defendant had been attempting to avoid executing a formal lease deed since 2016, and that the Defendant is in arrears of rental for the last seven years. On the said date Defendant was directed to maintain status quo regarding possession and title in the suit property. 3.

Today, ld. counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the disputes have been resolved between the parties and he has instructions to withdraw the present suit.
