Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 17th May 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CS(OS) 315/2024, IA No. 8922/2024 and IA 8923/2024, whereby the suit for declaration, rendition of accounts and permanent injunction filed by the appellant was directed to be listed before the Joint Registrar for completion of pleadings, admission/denial of documents and marking of exhibits. 2.

Having perused the order, this Court is of the view that the impugned order is not an appealable order, especially keeping in view the fact that on April 24, 2024, learned counsel for the appellant had stated that he does not press for ex-parte ad interim order at that stage.
