Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that all the inter se disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved and an Addendum to the Management Services Agreement (MSA) dated 07.12.2024 has been executed between the parties on 03.09.2025, whereby Petitioner has been put back into possession of the subject property and a fresh financial arrangement has been entered into between the parties. Copy of Addendum dated 03.09.2025 is handed over in Court during the course of hearing and is taken on record.

In light of the settlement, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
