Respective counsel for the parties submit that an Arbitral Tribunal has already been constituted in the matter.

It further transpires that the application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking the same prayers which have been made in the present petition. 3.

In the circumstances, no further orders are required to pass in the present petition except to direct that any subsisting interim order/s in the present petition shall continue to operate till the Section 17 application is decided by the learned Arbitrator.

Mr. Sibal, learned senior counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the statement recorded in Para 3 of the order dated 15.07.2024 shall also continue to operate till the Section 17 application is decided. 5.
