None appears for the petitioner.

The present petition is directed against the order dated 25.07.2022 passed whereby stay application in appeal bearing no. PA/ Appeal No. 491/2022 filed by the petitioner, was dismissed. 3.

On 23.09.2022, it was, inter-alia, directed by this Court as under: "Till the next date of listing the respondents shall stand restrained from taking any steps for eviction of the petitioner from the premises in question."

The above interim directions were necessarily intended to subsist only during the pendency of the appeal before the Appellate Authority viz. Divisional Commissioner.

During the course of hearing, it is pointed out that the petitioner's aforesaid appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 01.12.2025. The said order reads as under:

"ORDER Present: Respondents Present and None for the Appellant. This order shall dispose of the present appeal dated 19.05.2022, filed by Smt. Bala Rani, W/o Sh. Anil, R/o J-204-205, Dakshinpuri, New Delhi, against the Order dated 12.04.2022 passed by D.M. (South), under the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time.

The appellant failed to appear in the court despite several opportunities. It seems that the appellants do not want to pursue the case. Therefore the appeal deserves to be dismissed.

Accordingly the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Copy of this order be provided to both parties. Record of the proceedings before District Magistrate (South) be also sent back with copy of this order." 6.

As such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of subsequent development/s viz. dismissal of the petitioner's appeal. 7.

The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
