The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, against Respondent No. 2/ Respondent No. 3 to urgently move a request before the Respondent No. 1/BOI for deletion of the quashed look out circular previously opened against the Petitioner; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or, direction against the Respondent No. 1/BOI to update its records and to delete the look out circular previously opened against the Petitioner or to indicate the status of said look out circular previously as quashed;

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Look Out Circular, which was issued against the petitioner, was quashed vide order dated 23.02.2024 passed in W.P. (C) 2629/2024 but the same has not been deleted from the records of immigration. 5.
Issue notice. The learned counsel named above appearing on advance service accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 6.
He invites the attention of the Court to the Annexure P-10 to submit that the steps have already been taken to intimate the concerned authorities with regard to the quashing of LOC.

The learned counsel appearing on advance service on behalf of the respondent nos.1, 4 & 5, on instructions, submits that the Bureau of Immigration has already deleted the entry concerning the said LOC issued against the present petitioner pursuant to the order of this Court. 8.
In view of the above, no further orders are warranted. 9.
