In view of the above, let this Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act be treated as one under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act by the learned Arbitrator.

Interim Orders to continue till the Arbitrator takes a decision on the present Petition.

With these directions, the Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
