% 05.09.2024 The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 349/2024 under Section 323/324/506/34 IPC (Section 452/307 IPC added subsequently) registered at PS Kotwali. Learned Additional PP has fairly submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of order dated 12.07.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in any case the parties have amicably settled the matter and the quashing petition is yet to be filed. In view of the submissions made, the petitioner is permitted to be released in the event of his arrest on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court subject to the conditions to be imposed by learned Trial Court.
