% 20.04.2026 I.A. 10789/2026 (joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC) 1.

By virtue of present application the parties are seeking passing of decree in terms of MoU/settlement deed dated 08.04.2026. 2.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties, on instructions from the parties who are present in Court, state that during pendency of the proceedings, parties have arrived at settlement terms whereof have been reduced in writing in the form of MoU/settlement deed dated 08.04.2026, a copy of which has been annexed to the present application. 3.

It is stated that in terms of the settlement, defendant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.50 Lakhs to the plaintiff in full and final settlement of all her claims.

execution of the aforesaid settlement deed and the balance amount of Rs. 49 Lakhs has been paid today in the Court by way of Demand Draft bearing No.000724 dated 15.04.2026 issued by AU Small Finance Bank, Rajouri Garden, Delhi in the name of plaintiff.

The receipt of full and final settlement amount of Rs.50 Lakhs is acknowledged by Ms. Bhawna Razdan/ plaintiff, who is present in Court inperson. 6.

This Court after having perused the settlement agreement, also finds that the same has been signed by the parties to the suit, and terms thereof are lawful.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of MoU/settlement deed dated 08.04.2026, which shall form part of the decree. 8.

The application stands disposed of.

CS(OS) 616/2021 9.

In view of the order passed above, the suit along with pending applications and O.A. stand disposed of.
