The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 30.03.2022 passed by the Ld. ASJ-04, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi by which the Ld. ASJ has dismissed the revision application filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 24.11.2020 passed by the Ld Magistrate directing the registration of FIR under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2.
It is stated by the learned APP for the State that pursuant to the aforesaid Orders, the FIR was registered, investigation was conducted and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the chargesheet has been filed for offences punishable under Sections 420/201 IPC. He further states that summons has been issued and charges have been framed.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives in the present petition. The petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.

It is open for the Petitioner to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in this petition before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.
