The present application under Section 439 of the CrPC seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 306/2024, under Sections 354/354A of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Raj Park. 2.

The present application was filed on behalf of the applicant on the ground that the wife of the applicant is pregnant and is expecting delivery, therefore, the present applicant has requested his presence at the time of delivery.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the birth of the baby has already taken place on 10.06.2024. 4.

In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
