Petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of Case No.839/2020, pending before the Court of learned MM, NI Act, South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Vide Order dated 14.02.2024, passed by this Court, the parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility an amicable settlement. A settlement dated 19.02.2024 has been entered into between the parties. The parties are bound by the terms of the agreement and in case of breach of the same by any of the parties, then it will be seen as violation of the Orders of this Court.

Today, parties are present in Court. They are identified by their respective Counsels. It is stated by the Parties that they will abide by the settlement agreement.

In view of the fact that the parties have settled the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose will be served in continuing the Case in question. Accordingly, Case No.839/2020, pending before the Court of learned MM, NI Act, South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi, is hereby quashed.

The Petition along with the pending applications stands disposed of . 7.
