These are the petitions seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period 9 months for conclusion of the arbitration proceedings and to render the Arbitral award.

The mandate of the arbitral Tribunal has expired on 17.05.2025. 6.

Mr. Jain, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was in CIRP proceedings, and hence, there was some delay. 7.

Ms. Anusuya Salwan, learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance notice and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 8.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for the delay. Thus, the petitions are allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of 9 months from today to conclude the arbitration proceedings and to render the Arbitral award.

The period from 17.05.2025 till today stands regularized. 10.

Accordingly, the present petitions stand disposed of.
