Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of the impugned Order dated 26.08.2019 of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Courts in CC No. 4692/2018 and consequently dismissal of the Complaint qua the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled and seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
