The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the following prayers: "a) Allow the present petition in favour of the petitioner by issuing a writ of mandamus or any other writs or direction, or order by directing the respondent for seeking extension of parole for a period of 04 weeks for updating Aadhar card, bank account and also withdrawal of money required for old aged ailing widow mother which are not in a position to move properly and except the applicant nobody is available to look after her."
