% 12.01.2017 After some arguments, Mr. Ahmed does not press this petition. He submits that learned District & Sessions Judge has made observations with regard to the conduct of the petitioner's counsel in the order dated 04.01.2016. Without going into the merits, it is made clear that those observations shall not come in the way of the petitioner in the matter of the trial in question. It goes without saying that the learned Special Judge shall, while addressing the concern for expedited trial in the matter, shall keep in view the rights of the accused.
The petition stands disposed of.
