Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions of the respondent submitted that the respondent is not getting reimbursement of the school fee for her daughter namely Akkshita Malik.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wanted to summon the employer of the mother of the petitioner (Rajni Malik) i.e. Authorized Representative of HCL Technology India, Office at Sector-126, Noida, U.P., to prove

that the petitioner is getting the reimbursement of the school fee from her employer for her daughter. The statement of learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record, which shall be read before the Trial Court in the evidence of the parties. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent and the observations made by this Court, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
