Petitioners have approached this Court seeking bail in FIR No.547/2022, dated 31.08.2022, registered at Police Station Khanjawala for offences under Sections 419,420,467,466,471,120B IPC. 2.

On 12.06.2024 this Court passed the following Order: "3. The present application under Section 438 of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Cr.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 547/2022, under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B of the IPC, registered at P.S. Kanjhawala.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that during the pendency of investigation in the aforesaid FIR, the applicant has since settled the disputes with complainant and in pursuance of the same, two civil suits between the parties have also been disposed of.

5. Mr. Rajinder Singh Arora, SPA of the complainant Ms. Ranjeeta Upadhyay, who is present in Court today confirms the aforesaid position and submits that the matter has been compromised.

6. Mr. Rajinder Singh Arora, SPA of the complainant has been duly identified by the Investigating Officer.

7. Issue notice.

8. Learned APP for the State accepts notice and seeks time to file a status report. Let the same be done before the next date of hearing.

9. List before the Roster Bench on 16.07.2024.

10. In the meantime, on the applicant joining the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant till the next date of hearing.

In view of the fact that parties have settled the matter and also in view of the fact that the Petitioner has joined investigation, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner in the event of arrest on Petitioner furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount.

The Bail Applications are disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
