Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate submitted that respondents have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 4th October, 2024 by the High Court and vide order dated 19th September, 2024 by the learned Trial Court, therefore, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant matter.

Mr. Shamshad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not dispute the statement made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate prayed that liberty may be given to them to issue fresh summons as and when required.
