However, learned APP for the State, on instructions from SI/IO Sandeep Chauhan, submits that present petition has become infructuous since Closure Report has been filed in FIR No.635/2019, under Sections 385/506 IPC & Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act registered at PS: Prem Nagar and has been accepted vide order dated 15.05.2023. 3.

Taking the statement of learned APP for the State on record, no purpose shall be served by keeping the petition pending in case the Closure Report has already been accepted. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
