Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

W.P.(CRL) 2495/2019 2.

The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0465/2018, under Sections 354/354-B/341/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered with PS Nangloi, be quashed. 3.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. She had alleged that the accused (the petitioners herein) had come to the office, where she was working as a receptionist, and had misbehaved with her. She alleged that the said persons had demanded return of certain funds. They were told to wait for the proprietor; however, they had held her

inappropriately and had also torn the top she was wearing. She also stated that she had suffered no injury. There are counter allegations made by the petitioners.

4.

The petitioners and respondent no.2 are present in the Court and they state that they have now amicably resolved their disputes and have forgiven each other for any misbehaviour. Respondent no.2 states that she does not wish to pursue any complaint against the petitioners. 5.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be served in quashing the FIR.

Accordingly, FIR No. 0465/2018, under Sections 354/354-B/341/323/506/34 IPC registered with PS Nangloi, and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 6.

The petitioners are identified by their counsel and respondent no.2 is identified by the Investigating Officer.

7.

The petitioners and respondent no.2 shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of their statements recorded herein. VIBHU BAKHRU, J SEPTEMBER 06, 2019 MK
